Frequently asked questions
Are my images uploaded?
No. The image is read and rendered by your browser using the Canvas API. The tool does not send your image to a backend.
Can I rotate an image more than once?
Yes. You can rotate left or right repeatedly in 90° increments and combine rotations with either flip direction.
What format is the download?
The edited image is downloaded as a PNG. This keeps transparent backgrounds intact when the source supports transparency.
Is there a file size limit?
The browser and device determine practical limits. Very large images may require more memory to render. The tool also rejects images that exceed a safe pixel-count threshold.
